We will do our best to accommodate your preferred jump date however you will need to provide a second and third choice as flights do sell out well in advance. The further ahead you book the more likely it is you will be able to jump on your preferred date.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Postponement Policy - Bookings made online or via telephone are considered a firm booking. You must advise us of any changes to your booking not less than 48 hours before your scheduled jump time. An administration fee of $50 applies to all changes and cancellations.

Failure to comply with the 48 hour notice period or to appear at the jump zone at the scheduled arrival time will result in a forfeit of your jump and no refund will be given.

Vouchers / Special Promotions - Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. You MUST bring a printed copy of the voucher with you on the day of your jump as you will not be allowed to jump without it.

Postponement due to weather or unforeseen circumstances - If your skydive needs to be postponed due to unsuitable weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient date and time however the cost of travel and any expenses incurred to return to the jump zone are your responsibility. The new booking must be made within 20 days of the unsuccessful attempt.
